Nebiyou Tekalegne

Managing Director, ELKET Media And Mosaic PLC

Nebiyou is an Ethiopian media practitioner, creative arts strategist, and cultural communicator with over 30 years of experience in broadcasting, theatre, and development communication. A Theatre Arts graduate of Addis Ababa University, he has held leadership roles in major cultural and media institutions and has worked extensively in creative communication for social transformation, including with Population Media Center. His work explores the intersection of media, faith, and culture through storytelling that promotes dialogue, healing, and community renewal. He currently serves as Managing Director of ELKET Media MOSAIC PLC.

Worknesh Begi

Executive Director, Tarkanfi Sustainable Development

Worknesh is the Founder and Executive Director of Tarkanfi Sustainable Development, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and communities through education and skills development. With academic training in Home Economics, Biology, and Community Development in the United States, she has devoted many years to teaching women and girls literacy, numeracy, and life skills that promote financial independence. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to breaking cycles of poverty through education and empowering communities to build sustainable futures.

Kolu Alemayehu

Managing Director, Alemayehu Ketema General

Kolu is an entrepreneur and business professional with experience in business development, agriculture, and project coordination. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Data Analytics from Liberty University and currently serves as Managing Director of Alemayehu Ketema General Contractors. He is the founder of Kataelyon Business Group and previously served as General Manager of Yepho Coffee Growing PLC and Uma Agriculture. Kolu has also contributed to faith and heritage initiatives, including coordinating the Gudina Tumsa Legacy Digitization Project and supporting events for ILAAMEE Ministry.


Asayehegn Legesse


Multimedia Manager at Gudina and Tsehay Legacy - (GTL)

Asayehegn is a theologian and educator, serving at Addis Ababa Emmanuel Fellowship Church, where he teaches evangelists, youth, and church leaders. He holds BA degree in Computer Science from Jimma University and Theology from Evangelical Theological College and Masters degree from Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology. He currently serves as Multimedia Manager at Gudina Tumsa Legacy and teaches theology at Evangelical Theological College. He is also the founder and coordinator of Mekar (መካር ክርስቲያናዊ ወጎች)

Henok Geleta

Head of the Headquarters of Bible Army International Church

Henok holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership. He serves as the Head of the Headquarters of Bible Army International Church, providing leadership in ministry, church administration, and spiritual guidance. With a strong commitment to faith-based leadership and community service, he contributes to initiatives that strengthen the church and support spiritual growth. He is married and the father of two children.

Haregewoin Moges

General Manager of the Gudina Tumsa Holistic Training Center

Haregewoin is a theologian and ministry leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Mekane Yesus Seminary, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Alpha University College. She currently serves as General Manager of the Gudina Tumsa Holistic Training Center, where she supports leadership development and faith-based training initiatives. Through her work in ministry, theology, and leadership, she is committed to equipping believers and communities for spiritual growth and service.
